Shipping policy

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  Most in stock items ship with 3 working days.  For details, see description on individual items.

Custom order shipping times vary and will be quoted when your order is placed.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather or postal service.

Damage which occurs in transit is only covered if you request insurance on your item and claims must be directed to the carrier, not Anita ROKS.
